Buyer's Agent Service

Often there is a need to find or inquire about the availability of a specific property or type of property that is not listed for sale or is for sale by owner (Trato Directo). Usually there is no commission for any real estate agency in these cases. What we will do for you if this is your situation is;

1) Work for you to find the property and negotiate the best price. For this we will charge a reasonable, pre-determined fee.

2) In the case that an agreement can be reached and you buy the property, we will charge you a pre-determined, normal commission percentage that can vary based on the type of property and value of the transaction.

3) We guarantee that all information gained in both of these employments will be entirely and confidentially yours to do with as you see fit, as we would be working for you.

*Note: We, like everybody in the Real Estate industry, work for the person or party that pays us. If you are not paying directly your "Buyer's Agent", then they are not really working for you, are they.
